Swiwo operates swiwo.co. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a shortcut and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your email address.
• The shortcut, bundle, or custom automation idea you request.
• The page where you submitted the request and the submission date.
• Basic website analytics and technical information collected through Google Analytics and Cloudflare.

How we use it

We use request information to measure demand, decide what to build, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and contact you only about the specific request you made. We do not add request emails to a general marketing newsletter without separate permission.

Legal basis

We process your request and any related email based on the permission you give by submitting the clearly labelled request form. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

Storage and service providers

Request data is stored with Cloudflare in a D1 database. Website analytics may be processed by Google. These providers process data under their own security and data-processing terms, and processing may occur outside your country where lawful safeguards apply.

Retention

We retain request data for no longer than 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need a limited record to comply with a legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw permission, restrict or object to processing, or request a portable copy where applicable. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers needed to operate the site and process requests, or where required by law.
